LeMoove’s Basic and Complete plans are subscribed through your phone’s store: the App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android. This guide shows how to subscribe, change, restore and cancel.
Before you start
- Compare what each plan includes on the plans page.
- The price is shown in the store, in your region’s currency, before you confirm.
1. Open plans
Open your Profile and tap Plans & Subscriptions. The screen shows your Current plan and the available plans.
2. Subscribe
- Choose Basic or Complete.
- Choose monthly or yearly.
- Confirm the payment in the App Store or Google Play window.
The plan is active as soon as the store confirms the purchase.
3. Change plans
From the same screen, choose the new plan. Depending on the store, the change takes effect immediately or at the next renewal, and the app shows when it takes effect.
4. Restore your purchase on a new phone
Changed phones or reinstalled the app?
- Sign in with the same LeMoove account.
- In Plans & Subscriptions, tap Restore Purchases.
If your plan is already active, the app tells you restoring isn’t needed. If it finds the purchase, it shows “Plan restored”.
5. Cancel through the store
The subscription is cancelled in the store where you bought it:
- iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, LeMoove.
- Android: Google Play, profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, LeMoove.
Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription. After cancelling, the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
If something doesn’t work
- I paid and my plan didn’t change: tap Restore Purchases with the same store account used for the purchase.
- Refunds: refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, under each store’s rules.
- I can’t find LeMoove in the store’s subscriptions: make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple or Google account used for the purchase.
