Automatic alerts, the way you need them
Choose what you want to know about each person, set the limits and define quiet hours. LeMoove only alerts you when what you agreed on happens.
Available alerts
Each alert is turned on per person: you only get what you chose, about whom you chose.

Trip start and end
Know when someone starts moving and when they arrive, with distance and duration.

Speeding
An alert when speed goes over the limit you set.

Harsh driving
Hard acceleration, braking and cornering during a car trip.

Low battery
An alert when someone's phone reaches the level you choose, before it dies.

Still for too long
When someone stays in the same place longer than expected.

Offline
When someone's phone stops sending its location for a long time.

Proximity
When two people in the group get close to each other.

Safe arrival
Tells you when someone arrives and stays at one of your places, like Home or School, not when they just pass by.

Off routine
Tells you when someone doesn't arrive at or leave one of your places at their usual time, with some leeway.

Place alerts work on every plan, including Free.
Limits you can adjust
Each alert starts with a suggested value that you can change any time.
- Speed
- 30 to 200 km/h (19–124 mph), suggested 110 km/h
- Low battery
- 5% to 90% (suggested: 20%)
- Still for too long
- 30 min to 24 h (suggested: 3 h)
- Offline
- 1 h to 24 h (suggested: 6 h)
- Proximity
- 100 m to 5 km (suggested: 500 m)
The offline alert starts at 1 hour because going a few hours without sending a position is normal on many phones, and a lower limit would flag perfectly healthy devices.

Know grandma's battery is at 15% and ask her to charge it.

An alert if someone stays still for a long time somewhere they don't usually go.

All in one place
The bell on the map opens Notifications: the Alerts tab holds the alerts you've received, with a filter by person; the Activity tab shows what happens in your groups.

Battery guardian
Each person's card shows how long their battery should still last, like “~3 h left”, and the low battery alert includes that estimate.

Home Mode
Fewer alerts about whoever is at home and, if you want, one alert when everyone has arrived. It's in Profile › Family updates.
Questions about alerts
Will I get alerts all the time?
No. You only turn on the alerts you want, about the people you want, and set quiet hours. Alerts also have a minimum interval so the same one doesn't keep repeating.
Do quiet hours delete the alert?
No. During quiet hours your phone won't ring, but the alert is still recorded in the app for you to see later.
Where do I see the alerts I've received?
Tap the bell on the map, then Notifications › Alerts. You can filter by person. Each alert's settings are in Profile › Alerts.
Do alerts work on the Free plan?
Automatic alerts are part of the Basic and Complete plans. Place arrival and departure alerts work on every plan.
