Groups
Not every group is your family
LeMoove was built with families in mind, but a group was never only that. You can keep the one at home, the one from your college class and the one for Sunday plans — separate, each with its own people and its own conversation.
How it works

Create the group
Give it a name — “Souza family”, “Surf friends”, “Night class”. The group starts with you alone in it.

Invite with a code
Every group has its own invite code. That is how people join: knowing the group's name is not enough.

Everyone decides what they share
Joining a group turns nothing on by itself. Each person allows their own location on their own phone, and can stop whenever they want.

That group's map
The map shows the people in the group you have open. Switching groups switches who appears — friends do not show up on the family map.

Its own conversation
Each group has its own chat, with messages, photos, voice notes and location. What is said in one does not appear in the other.

Its own invite
One code per group, which the admin shares by QR code, link or code. The invite is valid for 2 days, and the admin can create a new one anytime.

Who runs it
Whoever creates the group is the admin: only they share the invite and remove someone. Any member can leave whenever they like. The admin can't leave their own group, but can delete it.

Places, person by person
When you save a place, you pick who you want to be told about. A place does not alert you about the whole group by default.

Leaving ends the access
Anyone who leaves the group stops being seen right away. Alerts someone had set about that person stop too, and the trackers they shared stop showing for the group.

Live
Whoever joins or leaves shows up right away, with the app open. No need to close and reopen it to see the group up to date.
Day to day
The college carpool
Whoever drives sees the group on the map and knows who already got off. At the end of the semester, just leave the group.
A trip with friends
Two cars on the road, one group: each one knows where the other stopped for coffee.
Getting home at night
Ask for Walk with me: the people you choose are alerted if the route, a stop or the time goes off plan, until you arrive.
Moment: a group with an end time
For the Saturday hike, the school-trip van or the week at the beach. When time's up, everyone stops seeing everyone's location, and nobody has to remember to delete the group.

From 1 hour to 7 days
Pick 4 h, 8 h, 24 h, 3 days, 7 days or another date. You can extend it or end it early.

Ends right on time
Sharing stops the minute the Moment ends, and the group dissolves on its own.

Just like a regular group, with its own map and chat. Up to 25 people.

On Free, one Moment at a time, without using up your group slot. On Basic and Complete, as many as you like.

Group type
When creating one, you say whether it's Family, Friends, Work, College or Other. It changes the icon and the suggested name; everyone in it sees the same thing in any type.

A panel per group
The “My family” screen shows who's at Home, everyone's battery and what needs your attention, one group at a time.

Who gets your SOS
In Profile › Privacy and safety, you choose which groups are alerted when you ask for help. A new group joins the list on its own.

Being in two groups duplicates nothing: it is the same account, the same app and a single phone sending your position.
Nobody is followed without knowing
There is no invisible mode in LeMoove. Whoever is in a group appears to that group, and whoever no longer wants to appear leaves the group or turns the permission off on their own phone — without asking anyone.
Questions about groups
Can I be in more than one group at a time?
You can. On the Free plan you stay in one group; on Basic and Complete, in as many as you like. It is the same account in all of them.
What is a Moment?
A group with an end time, from 1 hour to 7 days. When it ends, everyone stops seeing everyone's location and the group dissolves on its own. It works on every plan and doesn't use up the group slot on the Free plan.
Do people in one group see the people in another?
No. Whoever is in your family does not see your friends, unless they are in both groups. Each group is a separate list, with its own chat.
Does joining a group mean people can see my location?
Only if you are sharing it. Joining turns nothing on: location depends on the permission you granted on your own phone, and it is yours to switch off at any time.
How does someone join my group?
With the invite code, which the admin shares. Without the code there is no way in, even knowing the group's name.
What happens when I leave a group?
People in it stop seeing you right away. Alerts someone had set about you stop too, the trackers you shared stop showing for them, and the history that already existed is still yours.
Can the admin leave the group?
No, because the group would be left with nobody to invite, remove or delete. The admin can delete the group: everyone stops seeing each other right away.
Can I use it at work, with a team?
You can, and plenty of people do — but LeMoove is a personal app, not a management tool. Each person installs it with their own account, decides whether to share and can leave the group whenever they want.
