Groups
Not every group is your family
LeMoove was built with families in mind, but a group was never only that. You can keep the one at home, the one from your college class and the one for Sunday plans — separate, each with its own people and its own conversation.
How it works

Create the group
Give it a name — “Souza family”, “Surf friends”, “Night class”. The group starts with you alone in it.

Invite with a code
Every group has its own invite code. That is how people join: knowing the group's name is not enough.

Everyone decides what they share
Joining a group turns nothing on by itself. Each person allows their own location on their own phone, and can stop whenever they want.

That group's map
The map shows the people in the group you have open. Switching groups switches who appears — friends do not show up on the family map.

Its own conversation
Each group has its own chat, with messages, photos, voice notes and location. What is said in one does not appear in the other.

Its own invite
One code per group, shared by the admin and replaceable. Without it, nobody gets in.

Who runs it
Whoever creates the group runs it: only that person renames it or removes someone. Leaving, anyone can do on their own.

Places, person by person
When you save a place, you pick who you want to be told about. A place does not alert you about the whole group by default.

Leaving ends the access
Whoever leaves the group stops being visible right away, and the alerts someone had asked for about that person stop with it.
Day to day
The college carpool
Whoever drives sees the group on the map and knows who already got off. At the end of the semester, just leave the group.
A trip with friends
Two cars on the road, one group: each one knows where the other stopped for coffee.
Getting home at night
Share the way home with whoever you choose, from where you start to your door.

Being in two groups duplicates nothing: it is the same account, the same app and a single phone sending your position.
Nobody is followed without knowing
There is no invisible mode in LeMoove. Whoever is in a group appears to that group, and whoever no longer wants to appear leaves the group or turns the permission off on their own phone — without asking anyone.
Questions about groups
Can I be in more than one group at a time?
You can. On the Free plan you stay in one group; on Basic and Complete, in as many as you like. It is the same account in all of them.
Do people in one group see the people in another?
No. Whoever is in your family does not see your friends, unless they are in both groups. Each group is a separate list, with its own chat.
Does joining a group mean people can see my location?
Only if you are sharing it. Joining turns nothing on: location depends on the permission you granted on your own phone, and it is yours to switch off at any time.
How does someone join my group?
With the invite code, which the admin shares. Without the code there is no way in, even knowing the group's name.
What happens when I leave a group?
You stop being visible to its people right away. The alerts someone had asked for about you stop with it, and the history that already existed stays yours.
Can I use it at work, with a team?
You can, and plenty of people do — but LeMoove is a personal app, not a management tool. Each person installs it with their own account, decides whether to share and can leave the group whenever they want.
