School, work, the way home. Pick a trip someone in your family has already taken, set the days and hours, and know right away if that route is left or the arrival runs late.
In your Profile, tap Safe routes and then Create safe route. Choose someone from your groups or a tracker.
The app lists the trips from the last 7 days. Tap the one that shows the usual way. No route to draw.
Give it a name, like “School run”. The app suggests the days and hours from the trip, and the How it will work summary shows the plan before you tap Save route.
On the chosen days, within the time window, the server checks every position from whoever is on the route.
The person on the route gets Are you okay? on their phone. If they answer, all good. With no answer in 5 minutes, you get the alert.
If the arrival hasn't happened 15 minutes after the window ends, the same question goes to the person and, with no answer, the alert goes to you.
A tracker can't answer questions: on a car's or motorcycle's safe route, the alert goes to you as soon as the route is left.
The day only counts once the person passes the start of the route or the route itself. On a holiday far from home, nothing is expected.
In Profile › Safe routes, each route shows how the day is going, and you can pause, change or delete it whenever you like.
Within the window, with the person still at the start of the route.
The person has left and is on the agreed route.

A safe route only works for someone in your groups, or for a tracker you can see. If you stop sharing a group, it stops.
Whoever creates the route gets the alert. Each adult in the family who wants to be alerted creates their own.
A safe route is created by the person who cares, for a route that repeats on the same days and hours. Walk with me is started by the person themselves, one trip at a time.
No. A safe route is for following another person or a vehicle. To let someone know about your own trip, use Walk with me.
They share their location with you in a group and, when something seems off, they get “Are you okay?” with the route's name. LeMoove isn't made for following anyone in secret.
