How subscriptions work

Monthly or yearly
Basic and Complete come in monthly and yearly options.

Through your phone's store
You subscribe and pay through the App Store or Google Play. LeMoove never receives your card details.

Change plans
From the plans screen in the app. Depending on the store, the change takes effect right away or at the next renewal, and the app shows when.

Restore purchases
New phone? Sign in to the same account and use “restore purchases” on the plans screen.
Questions about plans and subscriptions
How much does it cost?
The price is shown on the App Store or Google Play, in your local currency, before you confirm. It may vary by country.
Does everyone in the family need a subscription?
No. Each account has its own plan: it sets the features you use, like how many places you can create and how many days of history you see.
How do I cancel?
Through the store where you subscribed: in your iPhone settings under Subscriptions, or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled by the store where you made the purchase (Apple or Google), under each store's rules.
Do I need Complete to use a tracker?
Yes. GPS trackers and Bluetooth tags are part of the Complete plan, up to 5 devices. The tracker is supplied by LeMoove.
