LeMoove trackers arrive already configured and with a data SIM. Once installed in the vehicle, you just add them in the app, and this guide shows how.
Before you start
- Have the Complete plan, which allows up to 5 devices. See the plans.
- Have the tracker at hand, with its box or the label on the device.
- For now, trackers are supplied only by LeMoove. If you don’t have one yet, see how to get one.
1. Open your devices
Open your Profile and tap Devices (trackers and tags). The My Devices screen lists the devices you already have.
2. Add the device
Tap Add device and choose Scan the QR code. The code is on the box and on the device itself. If the app asks, allow camera access. If it’s dark, tap Flashlight.
No QR code?
Tap Type the code and fill in:
- IMEI: 15 digits, printed on the device;
- Activation code: printed next to the IMEI.
If the QR code only has the IMEI, the app tells you: “We read the IMEI. Now type the activation code.”
3. Say what it follows
Under What it follows, choose Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle, Pet, Object or Other. For cars and motorcycles, you can enter the license plate. Give it a name, like “Family car”, and tap Add.
4. Wait for the first signal
The app shows “{name} is on your account” and explains that the device just needs to send a signal. You can tap Done and leave the screen: the vehicle shows up on the map by itself when the tracker connects.
5. Adjust and share
On the device screen, you can:
- choose the ignition source: the wire, vibration (virtual ignition) or battery voltage;
- adjust the reporting interval while moving and while parked;
- share the device with people in your group.

If something doesn’t work
- “This QR code isn’t from a tracker”: look for the code on the device label or on the box, or tap Type the code.
- “Digits missing”: the IMEI has 15 digits. Check the label.
- The device doesn’t send a signal: check the installation (power connected) and that the vehicle is somewhere with cell coverage. Underground garages delay the first signal.
- I can’t add more devices: the Complete plan allows up to 5.
