If someone in your family or a friend sent you a LeMoove invite code, this is the right guide. In under a minute you’ll join the group and start seeing, and being seen, on the map.
Before you start
- Install the app and create your account (see Getting started with LeMoove).
- Have the invite code at hand. It stays active for 2 days from when it was created.
1. Open the join screen
- Open your Profile and tap My Groups.
- In the screen’s menu, tap Join Group.
2. Enter the code
- Under Enter the invite code, type the full code.
- The app shows the name of the group it found. Make sure it’s the right one.
- Tap Join.
3. Allow location
To appear on the group’s map, location must be allowed on your phone, ideally as Always (iPhone) or Allow all the time (Android).
What changes after you join
- You see the location of the group’s members, each phone’s battery and how long each person has been where they are.
- Group members see your location, your trip history and your battery.
- You can talk in the group chat.
- You can leave the group whenever you want, in My Groups. Whoever leaves stops seeing and being seen.

If something doesn’t work
- “Please fill in the entire invite code”: the code has more characters. Check the message you received.
- “Invalid invite code”: the code expired or was mistyped. Ask the group’s admin for a new one.
- “No group found”: the code doesn’t match an active group. Ask for a new code.
- I can’t join another group: on the Free plan, each person can be in 1 group. Paid plans have unlimited groups.
