Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeMoove mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
LeMoove is a mobile phone tracking and location-sharing service designed to help you locate your own devices and share real-time location with people you choose (for example, family members or group participants). Because location data is sensitive, you agree to use the Service responsibly and only with appropriate permission.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and Security
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Consent and Lawful Use (Anti-Stalking Policy)
You may use the Service only to track:
- Devices you own; and/or
- Devices and locations of other people only when you have their knowledge and legally valid consent (and any other permissions required by applicable law).
You must not use the Service for stalking, harassment, intimidation, surveillance without consent, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts and cooperate with law enforcement if we believe the Service is being used for abuse.
4. Location Features and Limitations
The Service may process location and device-related data to provide features such as maps, location sharing, family/group coordination, and safety-related functionality. Location accuracy and availability depend on many factors, including device settings, permissions, GPS, network connectivity, battery state, and platform restrictions.
The Service is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it for emergency response, medical, or life-safety situations.
5. Battery Usage
Use of the Service or Service features that require the use of Mobile Software may use a significant amount of power from the battery of any device that the Mobile Software is installed on. You may wish to limit your use of these or other services on your device to the times when they are necessary (e.g., you may want to turn off certain Service features when you are not driving, or you may want to turn off other applications and services when you are driving), or where possible, you might wish to keep your phone plugged into a power source.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Attempt to access, probe, scan, or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malware or harmful code.
- Use automated means to access the Service in a way that causes unreasonable load or bypasses rate limits.
7. Subscriptions and Purchases
Certain features may require a paid subscription ("Premium") or in-app purchase. Subscription terms (including the price, billing period, and what features are included) are presented to you in the in-app purchase flow before you confirm payment.
Auto-renewal. Unless you cancel, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Cancellation must be completed through your app store account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play) in accordance with the store’s rules. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Billing. Payment is charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase. The store may provide information to us such as a purchase token/receipt, subscription status, renewal date, and entitlement state so we can enable Premium features.
Free trials and promotions. If a free trial or promotional pricing is offered, additional terms may apply and will be shown at the time of purchase. If you do not want to be charged, cancel before the trial ends.
Price changes and taxes. Prices may vary by region and may change over time. Taxes may apply. Any changes are handled according to your app store’s policies.
Refunds. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by the app store/provider you used to purchase (not by LeMoove). Please consult your store’s refund policy.
Restoring purchases. If supported, you may restore purchases using the in-app restore mechanism or via your app store account, subject to the store’s rules.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content (excluding content you provide) are owned by LeMoove and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, lawful purposes.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, app stores, maps, analytics, crash reporting, and push notification providers). We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them may be governed by their terms and privacy policies.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if necessary to protect users, or if required to comply with law.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeMoove will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
